Harddrives: This server is setup with the 4-750GB SATA drives on the 3ware RAID controller in a RAID-5 Array totaling 2.05TB. The 500GB SATA is for boot + mythtv captures.
Networking: ifenslave is used in a Adaptive Load Balancing setup between the dual onboard gigabit NICs.

Harddrives: This FreeNAS server is setup with 4 - 500gb drives on each 3ware controller in a RAID-5 setup. Each array ends up being 1.3TB
Networking: LAGG is enabled on the NICs in a FEC(loadbalancing) configuration. CF Card is used for boot drive.

For Audio: The optical port on the motherboard is hooked directly to my Samsung Receiver.
For video:
I use a monster DVI -> HDMI Cable.
Backup: This MediaPC + TV is hooked to APC 750VA Battery Backup.
Software:This server runs the latest linuxport of XBMC, and the latest build of MythTV.
Backup: Computer is hooked up to a CyberPower 585VA Backup and has about a 10 minute runtime.
Overall: All of the hardware worked pretty much out of the box with Jaunty. Previously was running 8.04 and required some patches (mainly alsa to get to work with hda_intel spdif connector which caused a nightmare with cx88_alsa for the DMA bus on pcHDTV HD-5500 capture card). Overall: FreeNAS has been nothing but rock solid. Had it running for almost a year before I had to shutdown to replace a dying disk in my RAID array.
